 1. HOW TO GET THE VISA TERM THROUGH YOU AND WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE? 🛈

- To reach the visa deadline, you need the following: to have an employment contract submitted by your employer, to have a passport, and if you are 45 years old + you need to have 1/1 of the property and 20 years of work experience.

After our registration of your appointment at the German Embassy for the Western Balkans, you will receive a confirmation after half an hour to the e-mail address that you have successfully registered at the Embassy with the serial number.

After that e-mail, in a period of 2-4 weeks you will receive another e-mail where the embassy will tell you your final date for the appointment and on that date you submit the documentation for the embassy that they will ask for. All you have to do is confirm your appointment in another email. After that, in a period of (7-10) days, you will receive your visa at your home address and you can go to Germany to work with it.

NOTE: We are not responsible for your documents that you collect for the embassy. We are only responsible while we book your appointment, and when you get an appointment, all after that we are not responsible if you do not have complete documentation, so please gather all the documentation that the embassy will ask for. If the embassy stops your appointment due to your mistake in the documentation, then we do not bear any responsibility.

7. DO YOU HAVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THEM? ♼


- After receiving your appointment, we permanently delete your personal data that you submitted to us so that we can fill in the online form for your registration of visa appointments, so you can be sure that we do not misuse your personal data but only register appointments with which the embassy itself search. You voluntarily submit your personal data if you want the service, and no one asks you to send it because it is up to you whether you want it or not, so you are all familiar with the rules.

NOTE: After receiving your appointment, we permanently delete your personal data, so if the embassy cancels your appointment and you want a new reservation, then you need to send us your data again.

8. WHEN DO THE TERMS OPEN FOR THE WESTERN BALKANS? 🆕


- Dates open every month, some countries at the beginning of the month (first week) and some countries like Montenegro in the middle of the month.


The embassy will always announce the dates whether it will take place and when it will take place.


9. WHERE SHOULD I SEND INFORMATION TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME? 📱


- You need to send the data exclusively to Viber. You do not need to report to our Facebook page, because there our team does not deal with scheduling appointments. 11. WHAT IF IT HAPPENS THAT THE PAGE ACCIDENTALLY FALLS AND YOU FAIL TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?


- If there are some technical errors by the embassy itself, then we do not bear any responsibility because we cannot guarantee whether the embassy website will have any errors (so far there has been no case), but it is important for us to mention it to clients.

If someone makes a mistake from our professional team when scheduling an appointment, we note again (so far there have been no such cases), then you will have the first free appointment free of charge without any monetary fees.

If there is a drop in the embassy page and the second term that is done free of charge to the client, and cannot pass even then, then our financial team will pay a fee of 50 euros, as compensation to the client for missing the second term. So far, there have been no such problems and all clients have received their appointments at the first appointment by our professional team.


12. DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE DATES AND UNTIL WHEN SHOULD I BOOK? 📅

It is best to book an appointment as soon as possible, because we have a large number of clients and reservations for appointments are filled in every day. We have the right number of clients that we can take on a monthly basis, so if you need to make an appointment, it is best to do so as soon as possible, because the number is already being filled in for the coming months! So if the date is in the month of December, your final date and VISA should be ready as early as next month (January).
